Questions about the product

How many cameras can I carry with the harness?

This harness allows you to comfortably carry 2 cameras on the sides during long hours of photo sessions. If you want to carry one camera, adjust the side that is free, 2 or 3 points so that in this way the harness is best settled and you can wear it properly adjusted.

How much weight can I carry?

Thanks to the qualities of the materials used in the manufacture of the product, the harness can withstand weights of more than 40kg.

What kind of photographers use TEYA PROJECT harness?

Any photographer, whether specialized in weddings, sports, fashion, travel, safaris or humanitarian character, and even amateurs.

How can I find the ideal size?

To find the ideal size of your harness we recommend you to choose the product by your height. Each harness also has different positions to adjust it to each person.

Size S: For people under 1.65 cm

Size M: For people between 1.65 cm- 190 cm

Size L: For people over 190 cm

How do I take care of the product?

Harness skin is tanned cowhide in 100% vegetable, which makes the skin wear accrues over time a beautiful dark patina. We recommend using NIVEA cream in order to give greater elasticity to the leather.

Can discolor the leather?

This product is distinguished by having quality leather. Small veins or seams that can appear in it are genuine and characteristic signs of the skin, it does not imply a defect therefore. Maybe, because of the material characteristics, it can transfer the color to your clothes. In the case this happens, just wash your clothes normally.

Questions about shipping

When do I will receive the order?

Generally, orders placed during office hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 13:00 hours) will take over the day and the delivery is made within a period of 2-5 days (at national level ), being between 3-7 days in shipments to countries of the European Union and at international level, depending on the terms for each country.

Deliveries are not made on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

If the product ordered is not in stock (which will be communicated at the time of purchase), delivery times may be up to 30 days.

What are the shipping costs?

The amount displayed does not include customs charges or import taxes.
These expenses depend on each country of destination and will be paid by the client.

Does the order date is different from the shipping date?

The order date refers to the time the order has been placed and confirmed on the website. By contrast, the shipping date for when the goods leave our warehouse and is delivered to the carrier.

Can arrange delivery to an alternative address?

You can make deliveries on an alternative to the billing address (eg in the workplace) direction is sufficient to specify the data for delivery at the time of order confirmation (specified for this field).

How I can check the shipping status?

Once an order is shipped from our warehouse, an email confirmation is sent with shipping details. You can contact our customer service department at any time. 

Do I need to pay additional fees and taxes?

There may be duties and/or foreign taxes required by customs depending on your country. We are unable to be held responsible for these charges, thus additional fees shall apply. Please contact your local customs or email us if you are unsure of the fees.

What if the carrier does not find me at the place specified for delivery?

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the goods remain in the warehouses of the Post. If you don’t respond within three days from the receipt of the notification, the goods return to our store and we will will return the amount of goods purchased except the delivery costs.

If I have received a defective product, can I return it?

If the product purchased is defective, Teya project will be responsible for the return. To return the item must follow the steps above. Once the goods arrive to the warehouse their condition will be checked and proceed to the replacement of the article within approximately 30 days. Merchandise that is not returned in proper conditions will not be replaced and the costs of transport will be hold by the client.
