How I can pay?

When sending the order?
Generally, orders placed during office hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 13:00 hours) will take over the day and the delivery is made within a period of 5-10 days (at national level ), being perhaps superior in shipments to countries of the European Union and at international level, depending on the terms for each country.
Deliveries are not made on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays, but the first following business day.

Does the order date is different from the shipping date?

The order date refers to the time the order has been placed and confirmed on the website. By contrast, the shipping date for when the goods leave our warehouse and is delivered to the carrier.

Items must be returned:
In its original state without being used, tied and labeled with the original packaging.
Include the invoice and the reason for return.
Submit products to the following address:
TEYA PROJECT C / Musico Ledesma 28, 5ºD 48001 Bilbao (Vizcaya). SPAIN The merchandise not returned within the 15 day period from receipt and in prime condition will not be refunded. The refund (except the shipping costs with will be not returned) will be made according to the method of payment used in the purchase, with confirmation to the email address indicated in the order. Shipping costs relating to the return are assumed by the customer.

If I have received a defective product, how can I return it?

TEYA PROJECT checks every product that leaves are warehouse in order to see verify the conditions. We do not send any product that will be in a bad conditions.

If the product purchased is defective within the 14 days after the purchase, Teya project will be responsible for the return. To return the item must follow the steps above. Once the goods arrival to the warehouse their condition will be checked and proceed to the replacement of the article within approximately 30 days. Merchandise that is not returned in proper conditions will not be replaced.

Can I change from a store product purchased in teyaproject.com?

No. To replace a product, you must always return it via online.
